Advanced Junior Golf Class
Ages 12-17
This is an advanced class for students who have goals of playing competitively in local junior tournaments or on their high school teams. Students should have basic golf fundamentals before taking this advanced class. In the class, students will learn how to develop their skills with the driver, putting, chipping, bunker play, course management, dealing with pressure and basic rules and etiquette. Study materials will be handed out weekly. With the use of their cell phone camera, we will video their swings, give practice drills so they will always have them. The program will utilize the Tam O’Shanter Golf Course practice area, our simulated golf hole, and the golf course to practice the material covered, weather permitting.

Class Refund Policy: Niles Park District will grant a refund of golf program fees, less a $10 service charge, if the refund request is received prior to the start of the first class.
